Meetings Save the dates of October 14-16 for the fall NAAJ meeting in Des Moines. It will be held in conjunction with the World Food Prize meeting, which has turned into a major event yielding numerous opportunities for good stories, both in the World Food Prize symposia and in the newsmakers the WFP makes available to the press. Last year, we had the acting agriculture secretary and the president of the World Bank, among many others. The WFP lets us book rooms at the conference hotel at a good rate. Previous Meetings
